The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) recently announced the recipients of the 2014 PBA Sally Beauty Scholarship. With over 300 applicants, the selection process was challenging based on the quality of candidates. Applications for the 2015 PBA Sally Beauty Scholarships are now available in the two categories below. The deadline for entry is November 14th, 2014.
