Fran Brown, executive director of school development and industry relations for Marinello Schools of Beauty, has been named a lifetime honorary member of the National Interstate Council of State Boards (NIC), a unique honor as only 80 members out of all the state boards combined have re-ceived this recognition in the history of the organization.
