Melinda Hill is a highly experienced educator specializing in strategy, facilitation and program design. In her current role as Global Education Director at Ultraceuticals, she works closely with the Ultraceuticals R&D department and Education team to design and deliver the Global Education Programs to skin therapists and aestheticians worldwide. Previously, she began her career in retail customer service while completing a degree in Education. Melinda’s skincare and beauty experience includes senior Training and Education positions at Lancôme and Elizabeth Arden in addition to leading teams and executing strategic learning and education projects in various clinical industries.
