INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1/2 bunch kale, stems removed
- 2 tablespoons wakame seaweed, reconstituted
- 1 unpeeled cucumber (remove wax coating with vinegar)
- 2 scoops of pharmaceutical grade Types 1 and 3 collagen powder
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 ounce acai berry puree
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, combine ingredient until pureed. Add ice to achieve desired consistency.
